Gault Heating & Cooling is seeking a driven HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation department. This role is responsible for managing install crews, overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
- 5 years of HVAC installation experience (residential/light commercial preferred)
- 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, troubleshooting, and airflow and duct system design
- Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and team accountability
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass BCI/FBI background check
