Job Purpose
· Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally following call scripts and strategic responses for the inbound service call scheduling process.
· Complete outbound calls to confirm service appointments, follow up on missed appointments and reschedule, service Follow up calls and proactive service notifications and offerings.
· Create an exceptional customer experience for all customers (internal and external).
· Complete mailers and administrative work as assigned and required.

· Ability to learn and memorize quickly, strong computer skills.
· Excellent customer contact skills and customer service orientation.
Working Relationship
· Report to the BDC Manager.
· Work cooperatively and effectively with all departments and employees.
Customer Responsibilities
· Be the professional face and voice of the dealership creating and maintaining a positive impression with our prospective and existing service customers.
· Assist customers by scheduling their vehicle maintenance and service needs.
Marketing Responsibilities
· Promote Gault service through enthusiastic customer service.
· Develop a solid understanding of product information related to the makes and models of vehicles as well as of all major services provided by the service department.
Transaction Responsibilities
· Properly set up customer service appointments communicating all necessary information to the customer and service lane and optimizing available service times.
· Daily preparation of Pre-Writes for use in the service lane.
· Perform customer relations and administrative functions accurately and on time by actively listening and carefully following instructions and procedures.
Logistical Responsibilities
· Maintain safe, neat, and clean work areas.
· Properly set up customer service appointments communicating all necessary information to the customer and service lane and optimizing available service times.
· Daily preparation of Pre-Writes for use in the service lane.
· Able to work Monday – Saturday (with a day of during the week when working Saturday)
