- Our Allstate Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our growing sales team. We are looking for sales associates for our Auto, Home Life Insurance business.
- The Gaudio Insurance Group finished #2 in the Country in 2021 and 2022 and #3 in 2023, #1 in 2024 ,#1 in 2025 and currently #1 in 2026. Through our dedicated Training Program we have seen a dramatic increase in sales with new employees joining our team.

Responsibilities
- Quote and close sales on warm-transfer prospects.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
Requirements
- PC Insurance Sales: 0-1 years - Proven track record selling over the phone.
- Strong self-motivation, goal-orientation and a high-energy, positive approach
- Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter
- Currently possess a property casualty insurance license
