Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes with precision, consistency, and flair, ensuring each plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation
- Assist in menu planning for breakfast offerings, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative ideas to delight our guests
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently and safely
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards throughout all stages of food handling and preparation
- Support the culinary team in meal assembly, plating, and timely service during busy morning hours
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, organized, and functioning properly to facilitate smooth operations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless service experiences for our guests
Requirements
- Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
- Demonstrated culinary experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings with strong knife skills and food preparation expertise
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in menu planning, meal preparation, catering, or food service operations
