Glass Installer / Glazier – Full-Time – $60 to $69k / Year
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Glass Installer / Glazier to join our growing team. You’ll handle installation, repair, and replacement of glass in homes and businesses — from windows and doors to mirrors and custom pieces. We value precision, reliability, and customer-first service.
What You’ll Do
- Install and replace glass in residential and commercial settings (windows, doors, mirrors, shower enclosures, storefronts)
- Measure and cut glass accurately to fit
- Read and follow blueprints and work orders
- Prep openings and frames as needed (basic carpentry work)
- Make sure every job meets safety standards and building codes
- Perform repairs on existing glass when needed
- Keep your worksite and tools clean and organized
- Communicate clearly with customers about timelines, care instructions, and any issues
What You Bring
- A clean background check
- Experience with glass handling, fabrication, installation, and general glazing work is a MUST
- Desire and ability to teach others your trade skills
- Comfort with tools (tape measure, power tools, glass cutters, laser levels)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for long periods
- Solid work ethic, attention to detail, and great customer service
- Excellent communication skills with our Team and our Clients
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- (Bonus) Experience with general carpentry work
- OSHA 10 certification
- (Bonus) OSHA 30 certification
Pay: $60,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
