Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Palmetto, FL, responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. Daily tasks include coordinating project schedules, managing resources and subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role involves monitoring site activities, conducting or reviewing inspections, resolving field issues, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with field crews, vendors, and clients to align project progress with contract requirements and quality standards. This position also requires ongoing communication with stakeholders to provide updates, anticipate risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.

- Candidates should possess expediting capabilities, including experience as an Expeditor and proficiency in Expediting materials, permits, and project documentation.
- Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including conducting or coordinating Inspection activities to verify quality, safety, and compliance.
- Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including Logistics Management experience to coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to meet project timelines.
- Knowledge of roadway and site construction processes, specifications, and safety regulations.
