Driver / General Laborer (Immediate Opening)
Gator Concrete & Masonry is seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver / General Laborer to join our team immediately. This local position combines driving duties with hands-on site work, moving equipment/materials and assisting our field crews on job sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and crew members to and from job sites
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment checks
- Perform on-site concrete labor, including concrete grinding, chipping, shoveling, and site cleanup
- Assist mason and concrete crews with site preparation, material handling, and equipment setup
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and OSHA standards on job sites
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License with an excellent driving record (clean DMV record required)
- Willingness to perform physical labor tasks (grinding, chipping, shoveling, heavy lifting)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a crew
- Strong safety awareness and hard-working attitude
