Responsibilities
- Greet every guest warmly and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
- Provide attentive, engaging customer service and make drink recommendations
- Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently
- Maintain clear communication with guests and teammates during busy shifts
- Keep the bar area consistently clean, sanitized, organized, and well-stocked
- Clean bar tops, tools, glassware, and surrounding areas throughout the shift
- Follow all safety and alcohol service guidelines
- Handle cash, card, and POS transactions responsibly
- Support teammates to ensure smooth operations
