Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and efficiently process their check-in for UTV rentals and outdoor activities
- Verify reservation details, ensure proper documentation, and explain safety protocols clearly
- Manage transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and issue receipts
- Conduct safety checks on UTVs before rental, ensuring all equipment is in excellent condition
- Assist with guest inquiries, provide information about activities.
- Support outdoor work tasks such as manual handling of equipment and heavy lifting to prepare vehicles and gear
Requirements
- Prior experience in events management or hospitality is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and operate POS systems confidently
- Comfortable performing manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for processing reservations and safety checks

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
