Our students spend their days immersed in hands-on academics, outdoor exploration, agriculture, creative projects, and authentic learning experiences that foster both intellectual growth and strong character.
We're looking for an exceptional teacher who loves children, embraces creativity, and believes learning should be engaging, purposeful, and filled with wonder.
Our elementary teachers lead a grade-level academic class each morning, providing engaging, high-quality instruction in core subjects using a provided curriculum. In the afternoons, teachers collaborate across grade levels during our signature Farm School program, where students come together for hands-on science, social studies, agriculture, outdoor exploration, and project-based learning.
This role is ideal for educators who love both strong academics and experiential learning. You'll have the opportunity to build deep relationships with your own students while collaborating with an exceptional team to create meaningful, interdisciplinary learning experiences that simply aren't possible in a traditional classroom.

- Support students' social-emotional growth alongside academic development.
- Loves working with children and building meaningful relationships.
- Is warm, organized, and highly dependable.
- Believes learning should be active, engaging, and curiosity-driven.
- Enjoys teaching outdoors and isn't afraid to get a little dirty.
- Thinks creatively and brings enthusiasm into the classroom.
- Works well as part of a collaborative team.
- Holds a bachelor's degree (teaching credential preferred but not required).
Pay starts at $30,600
Additional paid teaching opportunities are available for teachers interested in expanding their role. These may include:

These optional roles provide the opportunity to significantly increase annual compensation while remaining part of our collaborative teaching team.
