Gather on Maui is hiring Bussers and Food Runners to support our front-of-house team in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment. This role is ideal for team players who take pride in hospitality, move with urgency, and want to be part of a polished service team.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant experience preferred (upscale or high-volume a plus)
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to stay organized and focused during busy services
- Willingness to support servers, bartenders, and hosts as needed
- Professional attitude and positive energy
- Ability to be on your feet and lift trays/plates throughout the shift
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and thoroughly
- Assist with food running and expo support
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and guest areas
- Refill water, assist with bread service, and support guest needs
- Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen team
- Help maintain service flow and guest experience
