About the Role

We're looking for dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Members to join our kitchen crew. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, community-driven brew pub.

As a member of our kitchen team, you’ll assist with food prep, cooking, cleanliness, and day-to-day kitchen operations. We’re hiring for grill cooks, fry cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers. If you have kitchen experience, can work independently, or as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.

Night and weekend availability is a must.

Our kitchen hours are:

Monday thru Thursday 11a-9p; Friday 11a-10p; Saturday 10a-10p; Sunday 10a - 8p (with kitchen hours starting an hour before open and an hour after close). Hours may change if special events are planned. IMMEDIATELY Hiring Night and weekend team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep tasks like chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen workspace at all times
• Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and dispose of waste properly
• Work efficiently with team members during busy service hours
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and notifying management of shortages

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus
• Understanding of basic food safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a new kitchen operation
• Availability Wednesday through Sunday preferred (primary kitchen hours)
