Gather N Co
Mission, TX Full Time
POSTED ON 10/19/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 2/15/2027

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to plan campaigns, manage online marketing activities, and review how well those efforts perform. You'll work across digital channels, coordinate content and creative work, and use campaign data to decide where changes are needed.

The role combines planning with hands-on campaign management. You'll need to understand the purpose behind each campaign, keep projects on schedule, and make sure marketing decisions are based on clear objectives and reliable information.

You'll also work with colleagues across marketing and communications to keep messaging consistent, coordinate deliverables, and identify ways to improve results.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns based on business objectives and audience needs.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across channels such as search, paid advertising, email, social media, and website content.
  • Develop campaign schedules, define performance measures, and monitor progress against agreed goals.
  • Review campaign reports to understand traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversions, and spending.
  • Use analytics to identify underperforming campaigns and recommend changes to targeting, content, or budget allocation.
  • Work with designers, writers, and other colleagues to prepare marketing materials and campaign assets.
  • Manage content calendars and coordinate publication schedules across relevant digital channels.
  • Monitor advertising expenditure and report on campaign costs and results.
  • Help maintain consistent messaging across websites, advertisements, email communications, and social media.
  • Track campaign deadlines, review deliverables, and address issues that could delay launch.
  • Prepare performance reports and explain findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Keep campaign records, reporting documents, and marketing plans accurate and up to date.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for someone who can organise marketing work, understand campaign performance, and make practical decisions based on the results.

You should have:

  • Professional experience in digital marketing, campaign management, online communications, or a related field.
  • An understanding of digital marketing channels and how they support different business objectives.
  • Experience planning campaigns, coordinating deliverables, and managing deadlines.
  • The data and use it to guide campaign decisions.
  • Familiarity with website analytics, advertising platforms, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage several projects while keeping priorities clear.
  • Confidence working with creative teams and other stakeholders.
  • A practical approach to identifying problems and improving campaign performance.

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, email marketing software, or marketing automation tools is useful.

What to Expect in the Role

You'll be expected to keep campaign work organised, report results accurately, and explain when an activity is not meeting its objectives. Recommendations should be based on available data, with changes made when there is a clear reason to make them.

When deadlines, spending, or campaign performance create concerns, you should raise them promptly and work with the relevant colleagues to determine the next steps.
