Warehouse Specialist (4506)

Eagle Harbor, LLC a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and Federal Contracting leader is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join out team in Martinsburg, WV.

Responsibilities:

• Following established guidelines for the record destruction process and quarterly warehouse inventory assessments
• Ability to accurately verify information of incoming Out of Business (OOB) records post mailroom delivery, ensure shipments are properly received, identified with shipping information, re-boxed and staged accordingly for the next process
• Opening, organizing, and repacking records according to box and record condition
• Verifying FFL holders OOB confirmation for license status, sender information with FFL# and type, and creating / assigning OBR file numbers in ATF applications
• Logging all incoming FFL records (paper and electronic sources) for tracking purposes in the Warehouse Tracking System (WTS) and associated department spreadsheets
• Affixing inventory barcode labels to box fronts for barcode scanning and tracking
• Frequently moving boxes to storage areas and properly scanning to assigned WTS location
• Frequently moving and lifting boxes weighing 25 – 75 pounds
• Communicating with inactive Federal Firearms Licensees and/or Industry Operation Investigators, while utilizing various contact methods. Contact methods may include: inbound and outbound voice, electronic mail, and facsimile transmissions
• Accurately documenting communication details in a logical, organized manner
• Working jointly with team members to meet team objectives
• Assisting in team tasks such as resolving pending issues for record destruction and locating documented firearm information in Warehouse inventory for tracing
• Performing other tasks as needed and directed to ensure team goals are met including, but not limited to, administrative tasks such as performance tracking and reporting as directed by supervisor
• Utilizing computer skills including accurate use of keyboard, skills with various computer programs and databases used in the work processes, such as ECM, FLS, FID, FTS, eTowrs, Digital Reel, Spartan, and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) applications.

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Must be able to pass Agency Clearance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three months minimum in current position
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow policies and procedures
• Experience in performing work requiring attention to detail and accuracy
• Good Sense of time management and the ability to work under time constraints
• Willingness to work as a strong team player
• Strong sense of Customer Service
• Understanding of the importance of consistently delivering high-quality work
• Experience in identifying and submitting potential problems to appropriate levels of management
• Computer skills, including accurate use of keyboard, familiarity with web browsers and basic Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to frequently lift 25 – 75 pounds. Occasionally required to push, pull or drag up to 100 pounds, typically with the help of a dolly, push cart or similar
• Ability to perform frequent repetitive motions using fingers, hands, wrists and arms
• Experience with use of FFL related documentation and NTC tracing process is preferred
• Ability to accurately record and report production numbers
• Ability to maintain special access permissions for secure areas and documents
• Telephonic customer service skills preferred
• Passing test score if typing test was required in previous position
