Program Manager (6205)

Kiliuda, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager in Washington, DC.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary contractor management interface with the CO and COR;
• Oversee performance of personnel across all contract locations;
• Assign and coordinate contractor resources to meet contract requirements;
• Ensure qualified personnel are assigned to required locations;
• Supervise contractor management activities and ensure appropriate contractor supervision of IRS personnel;
• Manage workload, schedules, staffing coverage, vacancies, personnel transitions, and replace actions;
• Monitor contact performance and address identified performance issues;
• Oversee implementation of the contractor’s Quality Control Plan (QCP);
• Ensure formal work products receive appropriate contractor quality review before Government submission;
• Monitor required personnel qualifications, security eligibility, training, and access status;
• Coordinate contractor responses to Government requirements and priorities;
• Track contractual deliverable, due dates, risks, corrective actions, and open issues;
• Coordinate transition-in and transition-out activities;
• Ensure contractor personnel understand the non-personal nature of the contract and the limits of Government direction;
• Ensure contractor personnel identify themselves as contractor employees when required;
• Prevent contractor personnel from performing functions reserved to Government officials;
• Promptly elevate to the CO and COR any Government request that the contractor believes may change scope, staffing, funding, price, or another contractual term; and
• Provide required management reports and other contractor-level information to the Government.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• US Citizen
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility
• Experience with Federal law enforcement intelligence operations
• Prior supervisory experience involving large work forces
• Prior Program Management experience
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate independent judgement
• Ability to communicate in both written and oral formats
• Experience with Microsoft Software tools, as well as analytical tools ( i2, Penlink, Palantir etc)

Position is located in Washington, DC.

Salary: $120-145k
