Entry Level Accounts Payable/Receivables Clerk (5369)

Eagle Harbor LLC, is a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Contracting Leader, is seeking an Entry Level Accounts Payable/Receivables Clerk with an active secret security clearance to support our government client in Chantilly, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Record a variety of source documentation into financial and other management systems, spreadsheets and databases;

• Process, verify and submit payments;

• Provide support in general accounting clerical operations;

• Ensure that transactions and expenditures do not exceed the amount of the obligations;

• Complete data input assignments, prepare letters/emails;

• Follow specific and detailed accounting procedures. Completed work is reviewed for accuracy and compliance with procedures.

• Perform related work as required.

• Individual will be required to retrieve/review information from classified systems.

Position Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen

• Must possess an active SECRET security clearance or above

• Must be able to pass an Agency background check

• Ability to process invoices

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred) or four (4) years specialized experience

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Coordinating calendars for managers and executives

• Coordinate conferences/meetings

• Experience with scheduling travel and completing travel vouchers

• Skill using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

We are looking for a candidate who is motivated, creative, and organized, with the ability to run basic software like MS Word, Excel, Photoshop, and Adobe Pro.
