Role Description
Experience Hosts will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an unforgettable and enjoyable visit through exceptional customer service, proactive engagement, and facilitation of live-action games. Daily tasks can include welcoming guests, mocktail bartending, explaining game rules, managing guest flow, and resolving inquiries promptly. Experience Hosts may also assist in food & beverage services, sales of merchandise, and supporting special events. This is a part-time, on-site role located in Philadelphia, PA.
What You’ll Do
- Guide groups of players through our experience
- Explain rules and get guests hyped
- Maintain and reset the rooms as needed
- Help manage guest flow across the venue
No prior experience needed — we’ll train you.
