About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a young adult, female. She is a young woman with Autistic Spectrum disorder in addition to Mental Health diagnosis of both Anxiety and bipolar type 1 disorder in addition to intellectual challenges. She lives in her own apartment with substantial supports from ASPIRE agency and 12 hours of support from an FME. She has been employed part time at TARGET as a cashier working approximately 8 hours per week for the last 10 years plus. Other than limited hours for her disability she does not have any work supports.
She is physically active and works out at Orange Theory Fitness 4-5 days per week. She also attends a socialization group in the community 2-3 times per month in the evenings. She enjoys cooking, crafts and her dog Scarlet.
Language: English
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday's-12 hours a week.
Pay: $25.00
Requirements:
- Applied Behavior Analyst trained
