Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Chemistry Teacher located in Huntington, MA. The Chemistry Teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging and informative chemistry lessons aligned with the curriculum. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, teaching complex chemistry concepts, conducting experiments, assessing student performance, and fostering a positive and productive learning environment. In addition, the teacher will communicate with students, parents, and staff to support academic success.
Qualifications
- Have a MA 8-12 Chemistry Teaching License or related license.
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience teaching in a middle school or high school setting (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hold an unwavering belief that every student can grow and succeed.
