What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Specialist - YMCA of the Ozarks position at GATEWAY REGION YMCA?
- Provide excellent customer service to guests during the duration of their stay.
- Oversee general appearance of front desk and 4th floor lobby.
- Performs any/all secretarial duties as deemed necessary.
- Completes all items on the daily checklist with accuracy.
- Sells and promotes special weekends to perspective guests.
- Takes reservation calls, enters the same with 100% accuracy and confirms all details with guests before ending conversation.
- Responsible for balancing shift activity. Counting all cash drawers each shift.
- Must provide information to guest concerning all programs, activities, and marketing materials.
- Maintain, process, and respond to all Lost and Found requests, including inventory of the Front Desk Lost and Found.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
