Branch Manager - Community Health - Gateway Region YMCA

• Establishes new program activities and expands programs within the community in accordance with strategic and operating plans.
• Serve as primary program contact and respond to inquiries from the general public and members of the public health, physician and payer communities about the programs.
• Plan and execute Community Health wellness and educational events. Build community awareness for programs by attending health fairs, screening events, etc.
• Recruit, screen and register eligible participants into Community Health Programs.
• Enter program data into appropriate data tracking systems within appropriate time requirements.
• Engage marketing staff to ensure adequate publicity and marketing of programs.
• Support data entry, analysis, and reporting needs for community health programs and awarded grants.
• Effectively coordinate programming utilizing community kitchens and gardens, along with other YMCA assets, in support of overall community health strategies
• Maintain relationships and communication with other Y staff at branches, facilitate regular meetings/check-ins to discuss program fidelity, challenges, and potential innovations
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
