* High school diploma required. * Prior coaching experience in basketball, preferably at the high school or collegiate level. * Strong knowledge of cheer techniques, event strategy, and rules. * Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes to reach their full potential. * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. * Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). * Ability to work with diverse groups of students and collaborate with other coaches and staff members.
