We’re hiring for a full-time, on-site Administrative & Accounting Support role in Chattanooga, TN. This position is the front-facing heartbeat of our office—greeting guests, answering calls, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, updating Excel spreadsheets, entering and reconciling credit card transactions, processing expense reports, and maintaining accurate bank and account reconciliations. You’ll support the Property Manager with rent collections and notices, update lease information, prepare and submit sales tax, maintain conference room schedules, and oversee office supply inventory. Additional duties include filing, sorting and distributing mail, and general office support as needed. This role offers competitive pay starting between $18-$22 per hour full-time hours, paid time off, and health, dental, and HSA benefits. Candidates should have at least 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience and either reside in or be willing to relocate to Chattanooga, TN.
