Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Marina Yard Associate. The ideal candidate will assist customers, launch and receive boats, and handle common maintenance tasks while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting boaters with docking
- Launch and receive valet storage boats
- Pressure wash boats
- Shrink wrap boats
- Bottom paint boats
- Assist with other marina duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Operate a forklift
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work Tuesday – Sunday during the busy season
