Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the service, parts, and repair teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences while meeting operational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through selling high-end vehicle services, maintenance packages, and parts sales.
- Manage the sales pipeline for fixed operations by identifying new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts and B2B (business-to-business) relationships.
- Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels of parts and accessories while minimizing excess inventory.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progressions effectively.
- Conduct negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable deals that benefit both the dealership and customers.
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette, communication skills, and customer service to foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote dealership services, special offers, and new product launches through various channels including public speaking engagements.
- Monitor retail math metrics such as gross profit margins, labor efficiency, and inventory turnover to optimize dealership performance.
- Support the team with training in automotive sales techniques, retail math calculations, organizational skills, and effective use of CRM tools.
Skills
- Proven experience in dealership fixed operations management or automotive service leadership.
- Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, cold calling, upselling, and outbound sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales confidently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple departments, inventories, and sales pipelines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software systems for tracking customer interactions and sales activities.
- Effective public speaking skills for representing the dealership at community events or industry functions.
- Deep understanding of inventory control, retail math, automotive sales processes, and customer service excellence.
