Gateway Management Services, LLC is seeking a dependable, hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Perform apartment repairs and routine maintenance.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests.
- Complete work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers.
- Maintain the property grounds and common areas.
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
Qualifications:
- General maintenance or apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is a plus.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
