Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at a property located in Prattville, Alabama. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repair tasks, performing preventive maintenance procedures, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the proper upkeep of the property’s systems. Additional responsibilities include responding to service requests, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, and collaborating with the property management team to maintain high standards of functionality and appearance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair for various property systems and equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in maintenance operations
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications or relevant training are a plus
- Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Ability to be work emergency on calls
