We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Maintain restrooms by cleaning and restocking supplies as necessary.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, and waxing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained.
- Handle commercial cleaning tasks in various settings, including offices, warehouses, and residential properties.
- Assist with custodial duties related to facilities maintenance, ensuring all areas are safe and sanitary.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently.
Skills
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with floor care processes including buffing and waxing.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or industrial cleaning environments is a plus.
- Basic maintenance skills to assist with minor repairs or upkeep of facilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
