- Cold calling until you build a book of business
- Generate your own leads using prospecting tools
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly load/margin goals
- Understand customer's needs and provide customized solution
- Stay current on market trends to offer best rates to customers
- Maintain high standards of customer service and carrier processes
- Scale as you build: once your book of business reaches a certain size, you'll have the opportunity of adding Operations Specialist(s) once your business grows

- GED required; college degree preferred but not essential
- Availability to work full-time,100% in-office
