What you'll do:

• Cold calling until you build a book of business
• Generate your own leads using prospecting tools
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly load/margin goals
• Understand customer's needs and provide customized solution
• Stay current on market trends to offer best rates to customers
• Maintain high standards of customer service and carrier processes
• Scale as you build: once your book of business reaches a certain size, you'll have the opportunity of adding Operations Specialist(s) once your business grows

What you need:

• Our best people are relentless, resourceful and revenue driven
• GED required; college degree preferred but not essential
• Availability to work full-time,100% in-office
