We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Housekeeper & Laundry Attendant who takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable experience for our guests. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy staying busy, and like knowing your work makes a difference, we’d love to have you on our team.
What You’ll Do
You’ll help keep our guest rooms and facilities looking their best. Your responsibilities will include:
- Clean and refresh guest rooms and common areas to our high cleanliness standards
- Collect, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and other laundry
- Make beds and ensure rooms are properly stocked and guest-ready
- Complete daily housekeeping assignments and record serviced rooms
- Restock housekeeping and guest supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Keep laundry and housekeeping equipment clean and in good working condition
- Report shortages, damages, maintenance concerns, or security issues
- Respond professionally and courteously to reasonable guest requests and concerns
- Communicate important guest or facility needs to other team members
- Follow all health and safety requirements and company policies
