Brief Description:
Responsible to the Clinical Coordinator to provide patient care to hospice patients. Involves daily travel to do patient visits in patient's homes or in nursing facilities.
Requirements for this position are:
- Pennsylvania CNA Certification
- Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record and dependable vehicle.
- At least one year of experience preferably in hospice or homecare.
- Involves daily travel to patients' home and facilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
