Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients and support staff with daily programming
- Guide, support, and model effective mental health symptom management techniques
- Lead educational sessions to help clients better understand their mental health conditions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healing environment for staff and clients
- Ensure necessary supplies and equipment are restocked as needed
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and promptly report any concerns
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- High school diploma plus
- 4,000 hours of supervised experience working with individuals diagnosed with Mental Illness (MI), Developmental Disability (DD), Intellectual Disability (ID), or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Completion of 30 semester credits or 45 quarter credits in behavioral science or a related field plus
- Proof of a practicum or internship requiring direct client interaction focused on behavioral sciences or related fields
- 2,000 hours of supervised experience working with individuals diagnosed with MI, DD, ID, or TBI
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or a related field plus
- Proof of a practicum or internship requiring direct client interaction focused on MI, DD, ID, or TBI

- Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (shift differential available)
