We have been engaged by a Memphis-area manufacturer to identify a Director of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) to build, lead and elevate the company's end-to-end planning process.
This is a newly created, highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to put your fingerprints on how the organization aligns demand, manufacturing capacity, suppliers, inventory and financial objectives.
What Makes The Opportunity Interesting
A manufacturing supply-chain leader who has owned an SIOP/S&OP/IBP process and can point to measurable improvements in areas such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, schedule attainment, working capital or capacity utilization.
We are particularly interested in leaders from high-SKU manufacturing/distribution environments such as automotive, automotive aftermarket, consumer durables, industrial products, service parts, appliances or heavy equipment.

- Build and own the SIOP process — establish the cadence, disciplines, metrics and accountability needed to create one integrated operating plan.
