Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Human Resources functions including recruiting, employee relations, training & development, and compliance
- Partner with leadership to build and sustain a high-performance, service-focused culture
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to ensure attraction and retention of top talent
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Manage performance management processes and leadership development efforts
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and HRIS systems
- Lead and develop the HR team while managing departmental budget and workforce planning
- 3-5 years of HR leadership experience in a large, employee-intensive environment (500 employees)
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or resort operations required
- Strong background in employee relations, engagement, and culture development
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decision-making
- Solid understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM) preferred
