Gateway Film Foundation Job Description: Admissions and Membership Services Associate
Admissions and Membership Services Associates are responsible for supporting the execution of plans designed to: support the Gateway Film Foundation mission, execute the Foundation business and brand strategies, exhibit the Foundation values with customers, both internal and external, achieve patron experience goals and standards, meet annual organization goals, maintain equipment and meet cleanliness and organization standards, facilitate myGFC membership relations, maintain ticketing policies and processes, execute activities, generate demand for Foundation products and offerings, assist in administrative duties, protect and secure Foundation assets, and manage expenses.
An Admissions and Membership Services Associate must be a positive member of the team, exhibiting the Foundation values while helping to achieve the Gateway Film Foundation mission. Associates are part of an integrated, multi-faceted organization, which works to advance film culture, through a myriad of tactics, in our community.
During your employment at the Foundation, Admissions and Membership Services Associates are asked to work in multiple areas of mission-focused work, and may be duty assigned to any of the following stations:
- Activity Execution
- Ticket Center
- Wayfinding
The Admissions and Membership Services Associates must be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, independently on projects, from conception to completion, as well as in a collaborative group manner across multiple departments.
