Responsibilities
- You would be the primary x-ray operator at this clinic location, with a team of three other radiology technicians that support you.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort throughout the examination.
- Assist in diagnostic radiology assessments by capturing high-quality images for accurate evaluation by our radiologists or physicians.
- Maintain detailed documentation of procedures performed and patient information.
Skills
- Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy to accurately position patients and capture precise images.
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to diagnostic radiology.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes and the ability to adapt imaging techniques based on clinical needs.
- Knowledge of aseptic technique protocols to ensure patient safety during invasive procedures.
