About the Role
As a Fabrication Operator, you’ll help turn aluminum profiles into customer-ready parts using fabrication equipment and measuring tools. You’ll work with punch presses, drills, saws, and precision instruments to keep production moving and on-spec.

Work Schedule (48-hour week):
- Monday–Thursday: 4:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
- Friday: 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
- 48 hours per week = 8 hours of automatic overtime each week, perfect for extra holiday income.

Please note: We expect overtime needs to ease after the holiday season when production slows. At that point, the schedule will return to a standard 40-hour week, still with weekends off.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate fabrication machinery such as punch presses, drills, and saws.
- Fabricate aluminum profiles to customer specifications.
- Inspect parts and final products for accuracy and quality.
- Complete work orders accurately and on time. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
What You Bring:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use a tape measure, calipers, and micrometer.
- Basic math; blueprint reading preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Dependability and a safety-focused mindset.
