Position Summary:
As a Patient Services Representative (PSR), you will serve as the first point of contact for patients visiting our Dallas imaging center. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. This includes scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and supporting overall front desk operations.

Position Summary:
As a Patient Services Representative (PSR), you will serve as the first point of contact for patients visiting our Dallas imaging center. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. This includes scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and supporting overall front desk operations.
Work Schedule:
- Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Rotating weekends required (Saturday availability; potential Sunday shifts beginning in 2026)
- Greet patients and visitors professionally and warmly
- Schedule appointments and manage confirmation calls
- Register patients, verify insurance, and obtain prior authorizations
- Collect co-pays and patient balances; provide billing support as needed
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR and RIS systems
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality
- Keep front office and waiting area clean and organized
- Collaborate with technologists, radiologists, and other staff to support daily operations
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed
- Flexibility required based on clinic volume and scheduling needs
