What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Case Manager position at Gateway Day Treatment Program?
Gateway Day Treatment Program is looking for counselors and case managers for our mental health partial care program.
*Duties involve:
*Facilitating group therapeutic treatment
*Holding a caseload which would include duties related to case management
*Service care coordination
*Crisis intervention/de-escalation, involvement in recovery and intervention planning.
*Must hold at minimum a bachelor's degree in the fields of Social Work, Psychology or Mental Health Counseling
*Substance abuse counseling experience is a plus. On site supervision offered.
*Hours: 8am-4pm.
*Salary based on years of experience and level of credentials.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
