Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Clinician role based in Savannah, GA. The Clinician will provide therapeutic services such as individual and group counseling, conduct clinical assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans. They will work closely with clients to offer support and guidance through evidence-based practices, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and document care accurately and promptly. The Clinician will also play a vital role in providing education and resources to clients and their families, advocating for their needs, and facilitating progress toward improved mental health and wellness.
Qualifications
- Experience in individual and group counseling, including the ability to facilitate therapy sessions and provide emotional support.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills, with familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for working with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and comply with confidentiality, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Relevant licensure or license eligibility in social work, counseling, or a related field (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
- Experience with individuals with mental health, substance use, or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
