Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Philadelphia, PA. The Teacher will have responsibilities including developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, providing quality education and instruction to children, monitoring student progress, and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with parents, guardians, and fellow educators to support student development and maintaining classroom records and compliance with agency policies.

Qualifications
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Teaching to create and deliver effective educational content
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with parents, students, and colleagues
- Proficiency in Education, Training, and development techniques
- Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field required; teaching certification preferred
- Experience working with children in a classroom or educational setting
- Commitment to supporting the self-sufficiency and growth of students and families
