Remote Closer (Base + Uncapped Commissions)

You're the closer and deal maker. Our lead gen team brings the qualified opportunity to the table — you get on the phone and turn it into a locked deal. No closed deals, no business. This is where the buy happens. We're looking for someone who loves the idea of 'operating on a trading floor'. You call to buy underpriced assets and create deals.

Compensation:

• Competitive Base Salary Uncapped Commissions
• On Target Earnings: $225,000 – $250,000 (our best closers make $300k )

We move quick, back every move with clear data, and build our leaders from the inside. Acquisition Specialist (Vehicles):

You're the closer at the center of the whole operation. Finders qualify the opportunity and hand it to you — your job is to get the seller on the phone, work the deal, and lock it in. When you close, the whole company moves.

• Close by phone. Every deal is worked as a voice call — no closing over text, no shortcuts. The call is how we verify the vehicle and protect the deal. It's the job, and it's not optional.
• Work two fronts at once. Fresh opportunities come in live throughout the day, and you carry an active pipeline of deals in motion. Speed on the new ones, thoroughness on all of them — both are non-negotiable.
• Own your pipeline. Fast follow-up, clean records, nothing slips. A deal stays yours until you buy the car or it's confirmed gone.
• Verify, negotiate, lock it in. Confirm the vehicle, negotiate to our number, and get the commitment. Then hand off clean to the transaction team — a warm pass, not a drop.
• Your success is directly tied to the business's success. The margin lives in the deals you close.
• Consistency, week in and week out. Our top closers work 50–60 opportunities a day. Volume rewards the disciplined.

Requirements:

• Tech-savvy. You live in the tools and pick up new ones without hand-holding.
• A multitasker who thinks on their feet. The day moves fast; you move faster.
• Phone presence. You're comfortable running calls all day and negotiating without blinking.
• Coachable. You take feedback straight and turn it into results — no ego, all growth.
• Hungry. You're early in your climb and you want something big to be a part of.
• Bonus Skill: You LOVE cars and have elite car knowledge.
