We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a current PMP certification and a bachelor’s degree to lead complex, multi-million dollar projects in the telecommunications and RF systems sector.
Project & Financial Oversight:
- Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles including procurement of materials, budget control, and labor cost forecasting.
- Must be able to keep projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring financial accountability throughout.
Client Interaction & Contract Management:
- Strong skills in customer-facing roles, including leading meetings, preparing presentations, writing meeting summaries, and building client relationships.
- Must be comfortable addressing client concerns and ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
- Experience interpreting contracts and scopes of work is essential, particularly in managing projects of varying sizes and contractual terms.
Requirements
- Active PMP certification and a bachelor’s degree are mandatory.
- Must have recent, hands-on project management experience (not over a decade old) in Radio Frequency (RF), microwave communications, Land Mobile Radio (LMR), cellular infrastructure, or data center and network systems.
- Candidates with a background in digital RF or microwave system deployments will be strongly preferred.
- Prior experience should include working on RF infrastructures from recognized industry manufacturers or through engagements with utilities, municipalities, or service providers supporting such technologies.
- A minimum of 3 years managing multiple $2M deployments for external customers in telecom, data center, or network buildouts.
- Experience in site or facility development is a plus.
