We are looking for a Project Manager, responsible for leading the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of an underground (UG) mining project. This role drives daily operations while building systems, teams, and production discipline required to meet development and/or stoping targets. The Superintendent ensures alignment with project schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements, and fosters a performance culture grounded in safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
10 years underground mining experience, including leadership roles.
3–5 years in Superintendent / Senior Supervisor / Shift Boss capacity.
Proven track record leading UG mining projects through ramp-up or expansion phases.
Strong understanding of UG mining methods, ground control, ventilation, drill/charge/blast, hauling, and backfill (as relevant).
Demonstrated ability to deliver against schedule, budget, and production targets.
Working knowledge of mine planning principles and production reconciliation.
Familiarity with UG mobile equipment fleets and maintenance interface.
