GateSource HR partners with a well-known distributor of premium brands for the heavy equipment industry. We are looking for a Finance Director to lead the group’s financial activities.
Main Objective:
Oversee, coordinate, and lead the financial operations of the group, including financial planning, working capital management, treasury, accounting, costs, taxes, and risk assessment, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and controls to achieve the goals of each company within the group.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the financial team to meet their objectives and deliver quality services within established timelines.
- Develop and implement the organization’s financial and strategic plans, ensuring growth, profitability, and sustainability for the group.
- Efficiently manage cash flow and client relationships to maintain operational continuity and meet the strategic objectives of each business.
- Continuously enhance policies, procedures, and organizational structures to align with business needs, optimizing costs and delivering high-value services.
- Plan and oversee the financial and fiscal strategies to maximize profitability, cash flow, and cost efficiency, aligning with shareholder and client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs across the financial department to maintain the quality of provided services.
- Suggest and develop new or improved financial services to drive growth and sustainability within the organization.
- Adhere to company policies on occupational safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Follow and apply the company’s rules, policies, procedures, manuals, and plans.
