What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Accounting position at Gates Management & Realty?
We are a real estate firm doing mostly property management and some real estate sales. We are seeking to find someone with AppFolio experience but may be willing to train if you have an accounting background that is suitable. This job could be less than full time once the knowledge is gained, if desired. We are a small company with a few hundred rentals varying in type from standard residential, duplex, mobile home lot and small commercial properties.

Gates Management & Realty has been in the business for over 30 years. It is a great place to work. Because we are small, you personally know each other, the vendors/owners/tenants by name. We prefer that our employees live within 30 minutes of our office. The schedule is much the same each month and provides consistency to your life and plans. There could be some flexibility in the schedule as well.
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
