Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, assembling, testing, and maintaining complex heavy industrial equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, repair industrial equipment, address safety concerns, and ensure the overall upkeep of the facility.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Repair or replace defective equipment components to minimize downtime.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, motors, control panels, and PLC systems.
- Operate machine tools such as lathes, grinders, and welding equipment to fabricate or repair components.
- Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems for machine optimization.
- Install new equipment and work proficiently with high-pressure steam, air, water, and gas lines.
- Execute the installation of electrical and electronic controls, components, piping, and tubing with precision.
- Accurately track time and materials, maintain detailed records of completed work, and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- 2- technical degree in Maintenance background preferred; or 5 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience, with a strong background in industrial maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and basic PLC troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and working with hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and equipment installation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
