What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Desk deals and assist sales consultants throughout the sales process
- Ensure every customer receives a first-class buying experience
- Coach and train sales consultants to improve closing ratios, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews
- Hold the team accountable to dealership processes and follow-up standards
- Help establish and achieve monthly sales and profitability goals
- Maintain deal jacket accuracy before submission to the Finance Department
- Manage inventory effectively and maximize dealership profitability
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership policies
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and developing people
- Process-driven with excellent organizational skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Customer-first mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
