Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all clinical responsibilities
- Develop and implement policy
- Manage all clinical personnel including hiring, orienting, training and assessing nursing service employees.
- Coordinate work schedules
- Perform OR Nursing procedures as necessary
- Prepare reports
- Monitor/Complete patient care documents
- Be proficient in all procedures
- Become familiar with and adhere to all standards of care necessary to maintain accreditation by accrediting agency
Qualifications
Requirements:
Licensed RN in Illinois
Possess current CPR/ACLS certification
Must have experience in personnel management and collaboration
Thorough working knowledge of surgical and aseptic technique
Able to lift up to 25lbs
